City Council Executive Session
June 21, 2004
The Mt. Vernon City Council held an Executive Session on Monday, June 21, 2004 at 8:00 p.m.
Present were: Mayor Milton R Sees, City Manager Roy L. Payne, Council Member John Howard, Council Member Mike Walker, City Clerk Jackie Sharp, City Attorney David R. Leggans and Asst. City Manager Mary Ellen Futransky. Absent were: Council Member Ricky D. Heck and David E. Keen.
The purpose of this meeting was for discussion regarding real estate.
City Manager Roy L. Payne spoke regarding real estate acquisition on 42nd Street and Veterans Memorial Drive. This involves the Interchange, Overpass Project. Quick Take for some property was discussed.
Executive Session ended and Council returned to Regular Session at 8:35 p.m.
