The Parks and Recreation Department has a cooperative agreement with both hospitals in Mt. Vernon.  Crossroads Senior Circle Club and Good Samaritan Hospital's Healthy Heart Club both provide numerous activities for seniors at Veterans Park Community Building throughout the year.  These events are free and open to anyone 55+ in the community.
