Veterans Park is located on South 27th Street and Logan Street and consists of 36 acres.
The park has a softball field, six lighted tennis courts, and two lighted basketball courts, four picnic shelters, swimming pool, playground area, community building and a 6-acre fishing lake.
The park also has a one-mile walking/running trail with exercise stations.
