City Council Executive Session

July 7, 2008

The Mt. Vernon City Council met in Executive Session on Monday, July 7, 2008 at 7:45 p.m.

Present were: Council Member Shirilyn Holt, Council Member Mike Walker, Council Member David Wood and Mayor Mary Jane Chesley. Also present were: City Manager Ron Neibert, Corporation Counsel Bill Howard and Administrative Assistant Raegena Tucker.

The purpose of this meeting was for Discussion Regarding Sale or Lease of Real Estate

Discussion was held regarding a request for a lease or an easement at Miller Lake by a property owner who adjoins Lake Miller.

Discussion was held regarding a request asking the City to donate property to develop apartments for individuals with disabilities.

The Executive Session ended at 8:00 p.m. and Council returned to Regular Session for adjournment.
