AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING, ENACTING, ESTABLISHING,

DESIGNATING THE REVISED CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR
THE CITY OF MT. VERNON, ILLINOIS, REPEALING
CERTAIN ORDINANCES NOT INCLUDED THEREIN
AND PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER OF AMENDMENT
THEREOF AND FOR PENALTIES FOR
VIOLATION OF THE TERM THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED by the City
Council of the City of Mt. Vernon, Illinois that a Revised Code
of Ordinances for the City of
Mt. Vernon shall be hereby adopted, enacted and established by the
terms
of this Ordinance and shall be
designated and hereafter cited by the title, “REVISED CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MT.
