Water Billing Department Temporary Closure

Attention residents of Mt. Vernon,

Please be advised that the Water Billing Department at City Hall will be temporarily closed from 1:30 to 2:30 PM on Monday, April 8th. During this time, you can still make payments using alternative methods:

• Phone: Call 1-855-336-4984 to make a payment over the phone.
• Online: Visit our website to pay your bill online.
• Drop boxes: Drop your payment in one of our two drop boxes. They are located at the following locations:
  1. Corner of 11th and Main St (top of the City Hall stairs)
  2. Parking lot behind City Hall
