Water & Sewer Rates

Water bills are calculated monthly and include charges for water and sewer services. Rates vary depending on whether your property is located inside or outside city limits.

How Billing Works (Tiered Rates)

Water and sewer usage are billed in tiers. As your usage increases, different rates apply to each portion of your usage—not the entire amount.

Example:

If you use 5,000 gallons:

  • The first 2,000 gallons are billed at the base rate
  • The next 2,000 gallons are billed at the next tier rate
  • The remaining 1,000 gallons are billed at the next tier rate
