Fire Hydrant Testing Scheduled For Next Week

The Mt. Vernon Fire Department will begin fire hydrant testing (weather permitting) next week, from Monday, June 8th, through Friday, June 12th.

Testing will primarily occur in the following areas:

• PRIMARILY NORTH AND SOUTH OF BROADWAY, FROM 45th STREET TO 34th STREET.

Residents are cautioned that testing can cause discoloration in the water supply in the area being tested.
