Request for Proposals for Environmental Consulting Services – FY25 Brownfield Assessment Grant

The City of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, is requesting proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to provide professional services in support of its FY25 U.S. EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant. Services will include Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) preparation, community engagement support, and other related activities as outlined in the RFP.

Sealed proposals must be received no later than 10:00 A.M. on October 27, 2025. Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope:
“Request for Proposals for Environmental Consulting Services – FY25 Brownfield Assessment Grant.”

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.
