Fire Hydrant Flushing Scheduled For Next Week
The Mt. Vernon Fire Department will be flushing hydrants (weather permitting) next week, from Tuesday, May 20 through Friday, May 23.
THE AREAS TO BE TESTED WILL BE:
12th Street to 27th Street North and South of Broadway
Residents are cautioned that flushing hydrants can cause discoloration in the water supply in the area being tested.
