🏡 REMINDER: Housing Rehab Grant Applications Open June 18! 🗓️

Crosswalk CAA will be accepting walk-in applications for the City of Mt. Vernon's 2024 Housing Rehabilitation Grant on:

📍 Wednesday, June 18
🕘 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
📍 At Mt. Vernon City Hall

‼️ All applications must be submitted in person and you must bring all required documents to be seen. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

📌 Eligibility Requirements:
✔️ Must own and live in the home (owner-occupied)
✔️ Must have current homeowners insurance
✔️ Must be a Mt. Vernon resident

📄 Required Documents Include:

• Photo ID

• Social Security cards for all household members

• Income verification (paystubs or award letters)

• Proof of homeownership (deed)

• Mortgage paperwork and recent statement

• Homeowners insurance declaration pages

• Most recent property tax bill
