The City Council of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, invites qualified firms to submit Qualifications for comprehensive Construction Management Services. This RFQ aims to support the construction and equipping of an Indoor Recreation Facility.

ℹ️ Details:

• This RFQ is not an Invitation for Bid; responses will be evaluated based on merit.

• No public opening or reading of responses will occur.

• Qualifications must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on June 27, 2025.
