Veterans Ride Through Mt. Vernon This Tuesday: Run For The Wall Returns

Just a few days away—Mt. Vernon will welcome the Run For The Wall motorcycle ride this Tuesday as it makes its way across the country to honor veterans and raise awareness of POW/MIA service members.

📍 Estimated arrival time: 10:45 a.m.
🛣️ Route: Exit 95 off I-57 → East on Broadway → Stop at Huck’s (24th & Broadway) → Regroup at Rural King → Continue East on Broadway to the Mt. Vernon Airport

We encourage residents to line Broadway and wave flags as the riders pass. Please also plan for increased motorcycle traffic during the late morning hours.
