City of Mt. Vernon Seeking Janitorial Service Proposals

The City of Mount Vernon is seeking proposals for janitorial services for designated City facilities. All qualified vendors are invited to submit a sealed proposal by Thursday, December 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

RFP packets may be downloaded at www.mtvernon.com/bids or picked up in the City Clerk’s Office, 1100 Main Street.

Proposals may be mailed to:

Or hand-delivered to:
City Clerk’s Office, 1100 Main Street, Mt. Vernon, IL

All proposal envelopes must be clearly marked:
“Janitorial Services”

Incomplete or late proposals may be rejected.
