Parks Master Plan

The City of Mt. Vernon has officially adopted a Park Master Plan to guide the future of Veterans Memorial Park, Lincoln Park, and the potential development of a new indoor recreation center.

This plan was shaped by valuable input from residents through a community-wide survey. With your feedback, we’re creating a roadmap for improvements that will enhance recreation, accessibility, and enjoyment for everyone who visits our parks.

We’re excited to move these projects forward and will continue to share updates as progress is made.
